CEQ Notice: Connecticut State Council on Environmental Quality The February 17, 2026 edition of the Environmental Monitor has been published. It can be viewed at: portal.ct.gov/CEQ_Environmental_Monitor and is available in the town clerk’s office. The Environmental Monitor provides notice of proposed state actions, including transfers of state-owned land. In it are electronic links to additional information about the projects and instructions on how to submit comments. In this edition:  Coventry, Greenwich, Hamden, Kent, New Haven, Rocky Hill, West Haven, Westport, and Woodbridge. The next edition of the Environmental Monitor will be published on March 3, 2026. 2025 Draft Town of Prospect Annual Storm Water Report: PROSPECT- The Town of Prospect has prepared its 2025 Draft Stormwater Management Annual Report and is now available for the public to view. The report is available at Prospect Town Hall, 36 Center Street, or online at www.townofprospect.org under Government, “Stormwater Management”.
