CEQ Notice: The November 5, 2024, edition of the Environmental Monitor has been published. It can be viewed at: portal.ct.gov/CEQ_Environmental_Monitor and is available in the town clerk’s office. The Environmental Monitor provides notice of proposed state actions, including transfers of state-owned land. In it are electronic links to additional information about the projects and instructions on how to submit comments.   In this edition: Bridgeport, Madison, Middlebury, New Haven, Newington, Norwalk, Norwich, Putnam, Vernon, and Wethersfield.   The next edition of the Environmental Monitor will be published on November 19, 2024. Town Hall Closing Notice: The offices of the Prospect Town Hall will be closed on the following Legal State Holiday: Monday, November 11th, 2024 – “Veteran’s Day” and The Recycling Center will be open on Saturday, November 9th, 2024. Senior Center Notice: The November issue of the Senior Center Newsletter is now available to view or download at https://townofprospect.gov/senior-center/#sp or it can be picked up at the Senior Center.
