Scarecrow Contest: Come to the Prospect Public Library starting September 9th, 2024 to register and pick up a scarecrow while supplies last. CEQ Notice: Connecticut State Council on Environmental Quality The September 3, 2024, edition of the Environmental Monitor has been published. It can be viewed at: portal.ct.gov/CEQ_Environmental_Monitor and is available in the town clerk’s office. The next edition of the Environmental Monitor will be published on September 17, 2024.
