Town Hall Closing Notice: Holiday Hours:  The offices of the Prospect Town Hall will be closed on the following Legal State Holiday: Thursday, November 28th, 2024 – “Thanksgiving Day” and Friday, November 29th, 2024. The Environmental Monitor provides notice of proposed state actions, including transfers of state-owned land.
