1. How do I register to vote? 

In Person or by Mail:
Complete a voter registration application. Return it by mail or in person to the Registrar of Voters' office. You may also find an application at a Public Library, a Social Service Agency, a Motor Vehicle Office, the Registrars of Voters Office, or the Town Clerk’s Office.

2. Where do I find a voter registration application? 

Also called a Voter Registration Card, it can be found on the Elections Administration webpage or on the Secretary of the State webpage. The voter registration card is also available at the Registrar of Voters Office, Public Library, DMV, Town Clerk's Office, and Social Service Agencies.  Voter Registration Card 

3. Where do I vote? 

Visit the Secretary of the State's online polling location website. Enter your name and date of birth to locate your polling place. Or call the Registrars of Voters Office at (860) 584 6165.  Connecticut Voter Location Lookup
