All other colored passes are no longer active and will not be accepted. ⚠️If you need a new pass, please visit the Mayor’s Office with: ♻ Vehicle registration for the vehicle you plan to use (must be registered in Prospect) Valid driver’s license (must be a Prospect resident) $25 cash only Spring Tag Sale 2026: Spring Fling:
